Everyone knows that where we live, the weather is anything but predictable. If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your booking (rain, cold temperatures, etc.) you have the option to cancel at no charge. All we ask is that if you are cancelling due to weather conditions, you call to cancel before 8am on the day of your rental so that our delivery staff does not attempt delivery for no reason. If you decide to keep your booking and the Bounce is delivered, there will be no refund. Over the Moon reserves the right to cancel any and all reservations due to severe weather that may result in unsafe bouncing conditions, damage to the equipment, or any other unforeseen weather and safety reasons.

If at any point prior to delivery, your child is unable to participate in the use of the Bounce you have booked due to illness, you can cancel your reservation without penalty. All we ask is that if you are cancelling due to illness, you call to cancel before 8am on the day of your rental so that our delivery staff does not attempt delivery for no reason. If you decide to keep your booking and the Bounce is delivered, there will be no refund.
